YOUR PATH FOR UNCOVERING THE LEADER WITHIN YOU

UCLA Health is committed to creating opportunities for growth and development at every step in your career. We’ve included recommended courses that you can take to build each of these competency areas and ultimately enhance success within your role and for the greater organization.

How to Use the Model:

You can tailor this model to create individualized learning paths based on identified leadership competencies. You’re able to choose the courses you take and the timing of when you take them. You can map out your own development plan or work on it in conjunction with your direct supervisor as part of your professional goals.
